Taking the first step is the most difficult, asking for help is when therapy begins. Here at Nature's Coast, we offer a broad range of counseling for individuals, couples, families, teens and children. Our services are carefully customized to develop goals that are tailored for your specific needs and are solution focused.


Our Services

  • Professional counseling through secure, confidential video sessions in compliance with HIPAA requirements. Telemental health is the same as in-person therapy, but delivered through secure video-conferencing.

  • Overcome challenges and achieve personal growth in a confidential environment

  • Address relationship dynamics, communication and identify areas for improvement

  • Learn from your peers in a group setting to identify area of strength and perspective

Each session is typically 45-50 minutes and scheduled weekly, or bi-monthly depending on the need.

We will meet at the office OR telehealth through a secure video platform.  It is your choice for convenience to meet your scheduling needs.

Your initial session will be the most difficult as you may not know what to expect, but let me reassure you, once you step foot into the office or log into the session, the hardest part is done.

We will get started by establishing some goals for your treatment to maintain a therapeutic path during our sessions.  

Then we get to work using various modalities to meet your treatment needs and establish rapport and trust while maintaining confidentiality.

How will I know if I need Counseling?

You may need counseling when your mood, behavior or emotions are so overwhelmedigou may feel you are not living your best life or being your best self.

What does a counseling session look like?

Each session follows treatment goals to stay inline with our plan of action to improve your lifestyle or current presenting issue. We spend 45 minutes together sharing what is affecting you, how it makes you feel, and what we can do about it in a healthier way.

How often should I attend counseling?

Counseling works best when attending weekly as stronger rapport and trust is built. As progress begins to unfold, sessions may be moved to bi-monthly and eventually to monthly check-ins.

How many months does counseling last?

Counseling can take anywhere from months to years depending on the presenting issues and treatment goals.

What is your approach?

We believe in an individualized approach.  Your treatment will be tailored specifically to you and/or your family.  At all times, you will feel validated and supported.
